GUIDELINES FOR POSTER PRESENTATIONS

PLEASE NOTE: To present a poster at the 42nd Brazilian Congress of Phytopathology you must register, pay the registration fee, submit your abstract by May 12 2009 and have it accepted by the Organizing Committee.

            The list of submissions accepted for poster presentation will be posted at http://www.fito2009.com/inscricaoeng.html. This link will also indicate the date and time of the poster presentation.

1. Poster size: 90 cm width, 120 cm height

2. Do no alter the title and the authors listed in abstract.

3. Choose a font size that allows the participants to read your poster at a 1 meter distance.

4. It is the authors` responsibility to post and remove the poster at the beginning and at the end of the poster sections, and to remain by the poster during the entire poster section.

5. During the poster sections, members of the Organizing Committee will handle the presentations` certificates.  One certificate will be issued per poster, in which all co-authors will be listed.  Certificates will not be issued if the poster is presented by a non-author.
